Registration forms are located at Grandview, Frazee, or Maplewood BASE sites during school hours. You may also pick up a registration form at The Link office located at the Whitewater Technical Career Center, 1300 Spartan Drive.

BASE provides after school extended learning for Fayette County School children K-6. This program offers developmentally appropriate activities and field trips. Classes are held at Frazee, Maplewood, and Grandview Elementary schools, with bus transportation from other elementary schools.

Children grades K–6 living in Fayette County are eligible to participate.

Children may enroll at any time during the school year. Fees range from hourly to weekly rates. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Students who attend Grandview schools attend Grandview BASE. Students who attend Maplewood attend Maplewood BASE. Alquina, Eastview, Fayette Central, Orange, Temple Christian, St. Gabriel, and Frazee schools attend Frazee BASE.

FEES: 1 child: $45.00/week

2 children (same family): $80.25/week

3 children (same family): $107.50/week

4 children (same family): $121.25/week

AS NEEDED HOURLY: $4.00/hr $15.00 registration fee

BASE hours are Mondays through Fridays during the school year, 2:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m. Special hours: Open on half days of school.
